Women of GoodWorks is a dba of Widows and Orphans of God, a 501(c)(3) public charity under sections 509(a)(1) and 170(b)(1)(A)(vi) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Women of GoodWorks supports the DMV (DC, MD, and VA) communities in the areas of food assistance and distribution, clothing, referral assistance for jobs, healthcare referrals, media outreach, and support for women, children, seniors, and families at-risk. 

To provide temporary or on-going help to individuals or families in distress through our capacity-building resources (CBRs) that consist of food and essentials in emergencies.
